Pamela Dean grew up in Ohio, traveled the world and now is a Deland community member by choice and for life. “It’s the perfect community for me with great people, opportunity, diverse living in a small town environment. I love this place” As a mother, grandmother, sister, and business owner, she knows the importance of family, God and community is eager to help home owners and business owners find all they need and want in our communities. Finding the perfect house or location for business is part of that. As a senior, Pam understands the many transitions of life from first time home buyers, to finding the perfect family home and then downsizing to a low maintenance senior life. Each phase of life is enhanced when an individual enjoys “coming home” to a place that matches their life style at that time. Pamela loves working in the community and is an active member of the Rotary and Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement. She owns and operates SSOAR Solutions, a business advisor and coaching business and serves on several local boards.
